Weekly Classes

Weekly classes are the most common and the most recommended form of practicing Biodanza because they offer the opportunity to invest oneself in a rich and deep group process. One begins with an “initiation” group, then later eventually continues in an “advanced” group.

Facilitators may offer the opportunity to come join their introductory group during the session. It is important to let them know your intention to participate before you go.

Note: Although the calendar says “weekly”, it may also include bi-weekly or monthly classes as well.
