Why not just come and discover, explore...
Module 1 — Definition and Theoretical Model of Biodanza
Facilitated by Maira Martinez
During this module, we will explore Biodanza within its historical context, Rolando Toro’s definition of it and its evolution, the various structural concepts of Biodanza, and the theoretical model of Biodanza and its components.
We will also begin a reflection that will allow us to better situate Biodanza within the world of therapeutic approaches.
We welcome anyone who is still considering the possibility of beginning the training process, as well as trainee and certified facilitators, to come and nourish and enrich their facilitation journey.
The training cycle is an exceptional journey where aspiring facilitators, as well as dancers passionate about Biodanza from various regions of Quebec, Canada, and the U.S.—accompanied by trainee, certified, and didactic facilitators—recreate, month after month, a circle of learning, transformation, sharing, and nurturing emotional connection.
Maira and the Pedagogical Council — Maira Martinez, School Director; Geneviève Sirois, Co-Director; Pablo Concha, Biodanza Didactic Facilitator; Clara Rubin-Smith McKie, Biodanza Didactic Facilitator (she/they)
